MahaDBT aims to make welfare distribution simpler, faster, and fairer by using technology to connect the government directly with citizens.
Vision
To establish a transparent, efficient, and inclusive digital platform for seamless delivery of Government benefits to eligible citizens.
MahaDBT is Government of Maharashtra's portal for disbursing direct benefit of Scholarships, Pensions, Grants and other schemes in the account of beneficiaries.
Any Citizen of Maharashtra can apply on the portal.
Aadhaar based DBT, helps to establish your identity, place of residential address and Aadhaar linked Bank account in which direct benefit will be transferred.
Fresh Application acceptance for the new academic year 2026-27 will commence from 1st June, 2026
Application (Fresh/Renewal) for Earlier Academic Year 2025-26 will continue upto 30th Sept, 2026

The option to revert "Right to Give Up" applications is now available under the Institute (Principal) login. To Reactivate the 'Right To Give Applications', applicants are required to contact their respective institutes, providing their application ID.
